| The McFarland Inn is a perfect location for Ironman participants and their support teams. We are located only 1/2 mile from the city beach where the swim takes place and the park where the athlete's village is located. Between The McFarland Inn and the park is the entire downtown area where the shops, restaurants and galleries are found. The first part of the bike course is only 5 blocks from us and the last few blocks of the run are only 1/4 mile away. |
| We promise we will do everything we can to make sure that your stay enhances your chances of doing well on race day, June 26. To this end, we are set up as follows: 1) A breakfast buffet is provided each morning from the hours of 6:30 and 10:00 am. Prior to arrival, guests are asked to tell us which foods they want to make sure we include on the buffet table. 2) We provide the exact breakfast you need on race morning and this is availble between 4:00 and 5:00 am. 3) A special guest refrigerator is stocked with complimentary water, soft drinks, sports drinks and juice. Again, guests are asked to advise which specific drinks are desired. 4) A complimentary snack bar is available all day. 5) We have garage for storing your race bikes and each athlete will have a key. 6) Upon your arrival, we will help you with securing a restaurant reservation for Saturday night, June 25. The town really fills up so this needs to be done early. |
| Our Requirements and Rates: |
| 1) Five night minimum. 2) Guests over 18 years of age only. 3) No more than two people per room. 4) A 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken on January 26. The balance 50% will be taken on May 26. These deposits are refunded after those dates only if the room is re-booked. We will send you an email prior to taking the deposit in the event you wish to cancel or change your credit card. No cash or checks are accepted for these reservations. 5) Ironman Rates as follows: Coeur d'Alene Room - $250.00 per night McFarland Room - $250.00 per night Sherman Room - $225.00 per night Circling Raven Room - $225.00 per night DeSmet Room - $200.00 per night |
