| The McFarland Inn Rates and Reservation Policies |
| Rates for double occupancy range from $155 to $185 per night during the peak season. Off-peak rates range from $135 to $165 per night. These rates are exclusive of state and local taxes. Individual room rates as follows: Coeur d'Alene Room $185 peak; $165 off-peak McFarland Room $185 peak; $165 off-peak Sherman Room $170 peak; $150 off-peak Circling Raven Room $170 peak; $150 off-peak DeSmet Room $155 peak; $135 off-peak * Peak season is from June 1 to September 30. Off peak is normally from October 1 through May 31. * A two night stay is required during Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. * Single occupancy - deduct $10.00 per night from above double occupancy regular rates. Not available on special rates. * We do everything we can to accommodate last minute bookings but advance bookings of at least 24 hours would be appreciated. Please call if you want to make a same-day reservation. * Two of our rooms (The Coeur d'Alene and DeSmet) accommodate a twin size rollaway bed for an additional $50.00 per night. Your credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. One night's deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted. If you wish to pay by personal check, the reservation will be held for 7 days before final confirmation. Traveler's Checks are also accepted. Individuals over the age of 18 only. Check-in Check-in time is between 3 and 6 pm. We are happy to adjust your arrival time with 24 hour notification. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Cancellation Policy Full refund if reservation is cancelled more than 14 days in advance. If less than 14 days, the deposit is refunded if the room is booked by another guest for the same length of stay. General Notes We are a no smoking establishment. We have a wonderful outside area reserved for those who wish to smoke. We do not allow pets. If you want to bring your furry friend on the trip with you, consider checking them into The Coeur d'Alene Pet Resort that is located less then a mile from The McFarland Inn.
